Our 60-Day Promise

At Dr. K we want you to love your lashes. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible; because lash products are applied to the eye area, we ask that opened trays be reported with a photo so we can make it right.

How to start a return

Email support@dkeaxz-xm.myshopify.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
